The hotel's decoration and general areas were impeccably stylish and elegant, with a magical garden surrounded by a 12th-century wall that added a touch of historical charm. The ambiance was perfect for enjoying a peaceful afternoon with a book or just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was outstanding, with easy navigation and helpful staff who catered to our needs with grace and understanding.

The only thing I would ask for to better accommodate senior people would be more grab bars in the bathroom for added safety.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city center. Let me start by saying that the location couldn't have been better. Situated right on Catalunya Square, I was only a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. The hotel staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the friendly and helpful reception staff to the attentive wait staff in the bar and restaurant, everyone was dedicated to providing top-notch service.

The glass-enclosed gastronomic space with a glass floor was a delightful experience. It felt like dining in a modern fairytale castle, surrounded by natural light and whimsical cocktails. The ambience truly elevated the dining experience.

I always return for the exceptional service and convenient amenities. The friendly staff once helped with an insect bite. I appreciate the Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, massage services, and more. Coming back for Christmas is a delight.

Enjoyed the fabulous sights, cultural attractions, and gastronomy of the city. The hotel's terrace was an oasis of peace, perfect for a romantic dinner or cocktail. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to catch a bus from the airport and visit the nearest malls. The rooms are modern in design, with large balconies offering a nice view. The staff is exceptional, providing friendly and efficient service. The restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast selection is diverse. everything was perfect and the hotel is very close to the city center.

Some areas of the hotel, including the rooms, could benefit from maintenance and improvements.

Great Location, The hotel is conveniently located near various transportation options and is within walking distance to many tourist attractions. We were able to easily explore the city without any hassle. Friendly Staff, The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. They were really good too make our experience enjoyable. Upgrade and thoughtful gesture, We were kinda surprised when we were upgraded to a larger room with a great view. the hotel staff surprised us with a thoughtful gesture to celebrate a special occasion.

Difficult shower/toilet door, The door to the shower/toilet in our room was heavy and difficult to slide open from the inside. It was a bit inconvenient and could use improvement.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the centre of everything. It was easy to get around and see all the major attractions. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was great. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were always helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff, from the receptionist to the doorman, were very kind and generous to us as they upgraded our room without a request and provided us with a bottle of champagne. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything, and we were able to walk to all the major attractions. The amenities were also fantastic, with a wide range of services available such as car hire, dry cleaning, and shuttle service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I had difficulty opening the heavy shower door. a great stay at Olivia Plaza. Drawbacks: Limited food menu and a homeless person outside. Staying at this hotel made our trip to the city so much better! Its location, right at the airport shuttle bus stop, is unbeatable. We could easily move to any part of the city from there. the Placa de Catalunya square is literally at its doorstep, making it so easy to explore the city centre on foot. The room was fantastic, with a large and comfy bed, air conditioning, and a great view. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. Definitely recommend it!
